Project Designer – Electronic Security Systems

Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Partner with owners, architects, and engineers to align goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, cost reports, and change management processes.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and client communication with precision and professionalism.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance jobsite culture built on teamwork and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with a proven record managing projects $20M+.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and project management software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.).
