Construction Laborer
Join a team helping build and improve parks, public infrastructure, and large outdoor development projects throughout the Loveland, Colorado area. We're looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in contributing to meaningful construction projects.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to support a variety of site development and earthwork activities in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with daily construction activities on active job sites
Support site preparation, grading, and earthmoving operations
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
Work alongside crews installing utilities, drainage systems, and infrastructure components
Perform trenching, digging, back filling, and general site maintenance
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
Follow company safety guidelines and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
At least 1 year of construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and heavy civil, site development, or outdoor construction experience
Proficiency with common hand and power tools
OSHA 10 certification or similar safety training
Outdoor construction projects, including parks, infrastructure improvements, and site development
Consistent full-time hours with long-term project opportunities
Potential overtime based on workload and project timelines
This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Denver, CO.
