The candidate can be a recent graduate with no experience or less than 2 years of previous experience in heavy civil construction. We are looking for individuals that are organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. We are offering a competitive salary with experience, along with an outstanding benefits package. Responsibilities,job duties and training provided
- Understanding construction means and methods
- Exposure to budgets; including internal labor and equipment costs, subcontractors, and materials
- Computer skills with the use of Microsoft Office, HCSS Heavy Job, Agtek earthwork takeoff software, and Microsoft Project
- Perform Quantity Takeoffs
- Support project schedule preparation, quantities, and production rates
- Manage subcontractor quantities for weekly cost and monthly progress billings
- Salary Wage: $65,000-$85,000. Paid weekly.
