Restoration Estimator​/Project Coordinator

Earth Saving Solutions is a Denver restoration and general construction company — founded in 2008, serving the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range through water, fire, storm, and mold losses as well as residential and commercial construction and remodeling.

We're hiring a Restoration Estimator / Project Coordinator to be the hub of our insurance-restoration work. This role carries a project across its whole arc: you scope the loss on site, write the Xactimate estimate, negotiate it to approval with the carrier, walk the homeowner through their material selections, keep the paperwork and job costs tight while our project managers build, and close the job out — certificate of completion, depreciation release, final invoice, payment collected.

It's a role for someone who likes ownership. You'll be the person homeowners trust through a stressful season, the person adjusters know will have the documentation ready, and the person our PMs rely on to keep the commercial side of every job moving.

• Field scoping of reconstruction and interior repairs (occasional mitigation involvement)
• Writing and negotiating Xactimate estimates with insurance carriers and adjusters
• Customer selections — flooring, paint, fixtures — documented with signed agreements
• Purchase orders, job costing, and scheduling support in Buildertrend
• Subcontractor bid coordination when jobs call for it
• Closeout: COCs, insurer documentation for depreciation release, final invoicing, and collections
• Building clean project documents with Word, Excel, cloud tools, and modern AI tools

• 2+ years in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or closely related property-loss work
• Real Xactimate proficiency — you've written estimates, not just read them
• Fluency in the claims workflow: supplements, RCV/ACV, deductibles, recoverable depreciation
• Clear, professional communication with homeowners and adjusters, including money conversations
• Organized across many concurrent jobs; valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily Denver-metro site travel
• Full-time, on-site + field. This is an experienced role — we'll onboard you on our workflows, but not train estimating from scratch

Nice to have:
Buildertrend, selections experience, supplement depth, bilingual English/Spanish, IICRC certification.

$60,000–$82,000/yr depending on experience. Benefits:
Paid sick leave as required by the Colorado Healthy Families & Workplaces Act (accrued at one hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year). This position does not include additional benefits at this time.
