Commercial Construction Site Laborer
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our commercial construction team. As a Commercial Construction Site Laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks on active commercial construction projects.
Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, site preparation, demolition, cleanup, operating basic hand and power tools, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will work closely with project supervisors and team members to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Qualified applicants must have at least six (6) months of commercial or residential construction experience. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and performing other physically demanding tasks. Experience using common construction tools and following established safety procedures is required. OSHA 10 certification is a plus but is not required.
We are seeking individuals who are dependable, reliable, and have open availability to meet project demands. Employees must report to work on time every day, communicate professionally, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. While the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, optional overtime may be available based on workload and project schedules. Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of construction experience (commercial preferred)
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Open availability for changing project needs

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual with excellent attendance
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team
