Position OverviewWe are looking for a Safety Manager to oversee safety programs at our Denver, Colorado office and support locations in Loveland, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, and Seattle. The role requires up to 50 % travel and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities- Manage the Company Safety Program with up to 50 % travel annually and expand responsibilities as the region grows.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, General Managers and Corporate office to enforce safety protocols regionally.
- Work with safety committees at each location.
- Conduct safety audits and site inspections.
- Lead safety meetings and training sessions.
- Oversee accident investigations and field inspections.
- Provide job hazard analyses for specific procedures and monitor safety performance.
- Support operational processes and implement new policies and procedures as needed.
- Report directly to the Corporate Safety Director in Olathe, KS.
- Bachelor’s degree in safety or construction management with an emphasis in safety (highly preferred).
- Approximately 2–4 years of safety experience.
- Experience with FMCSA, DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience training and developing field employees.
Competitive compensation: $83,206‑$128,970 USD, with potential eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
