- Identifyscopegaps,coordinationissues,andconstructabilitychallengesearly.
- Ensurethefieldteamfullyunderstandsprojectrequirementsbeforeworkbegins.
- Developandmaintaindaily,weekly,andmilestoneschedules.
- Leadsubcontractorcoordinationandmaintainmomentumonthejobsite.
- Identifyandresolvedelaysquicklytokeepprojectsontrack.
- Directsubcontractors,trades,andfieldcrewstoensureproductivityandaccountability.
- Runeffectivesubcontractormeetingsandcoordinateupcomingwork.
- Maintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithclients,architects,engineers,and inspectors.
- Identifyjobsiteissuesearlyandimplementsolutionsquickly.
- Workcloselywiththe Project Managertoaddresstechnical ,logistical,ormaterialchallenges.
- EnforcesafetystandardsandOSHArequirements.
- Conductregularjobsiteinspectionsandsafetymeetings.
- Ensureallworkmeetsprojectspecificationsandqualityexpectations.
- Trackdailyprogress,manpower,inspections,andsiteactivity.
- Documentprojectchanges,safetyreports,andfieldconditions.
- Maintainclearandaccuratejobsiterecords.
