• Reviewprojectstartuppackages,plans,specifications,andsubmittalsbeforemobilization.
• Identifyscopegaps,coordination issues,andconstructabilitychallengesearly.
• Ensurethefieldteamfullyunderstandsprojectrequirementsbeforeworkbegins.

• Developandmaintaindaily,weekly,andmilestoneschedules.
• Leadsubcontractorcoordinationandmaintainmomentumonthejobsite.
• Identifyandresolvedelaysquicklytokeepprojectsontrack.

• Direct subcontractors,trades,andfieldcrewstoensureproductivityandaccountability.
• Runeffectivesubcontractormeetingsandcoordinateupcomingwork.
• Maintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithclients,architects,engineers,and inspectors.

• Identifyjobsiteissuesearlyandimplementsolutionsquickly.
• Workcloselywiththe Project Managertoaddresstechnical ,logistical,ormaterialchallenges.

• EnforcesafetystandardsandOSHArequirements.
• Conductregularjobsiteinspectionsandsafetymeetings.
• Ensureallworkmeetsprojectspecificationsandqualityexpectations.

• Trackdailyprogress,manpower,inspections,andsiteactivity.
• Documentprojectchanges,safety reports,andfieldconditions.
• Maintainclearandaccuratejobsiterecords.
