Role Overview

The Project Manager - Construction leads the execution of complex, technical projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. They coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and clients to deliver projects aligned with standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases from planning to closeout, maintaining project objectives and standards
  • Oversee site coordination, subcontractor performance, and safety culture
  • Handle scope, budget, schedule, change orders, RFIs, procurement, and reporting
  • Lead subcontractor and trade partner management, issue resolution, and productivity tracking
  • Maintain clear client communication, fostering trust and long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve constructability issues
  • Ensure financial performance through cost forecasting and risk management
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • At least five years of applicable construction project management experience, preferably in large-scale industrial or complex facilities
  • Proven ability to manage field execution, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client interactions
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, RFIs, change orders, and cost/schedule management
  • Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with heavy construction, renovations, or greenfield projects is preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, LEED, or CCM are advantageous but not required
