This is not like other jobs.

Join us for our 2026 Youth Build Construction program! The Youth Build Construction program is a team-based program for individuals between the ages 18-24 who are looking to get their GED or high school equivalency. The program will run September 28th, 2026 through May 2027. Youth Build Construction participants (called Crew Members) serve on community-based affordable housing projects throughout the Denver metro area.

Crew Members will earn a bi-weekly living stipend and get paid while earning their GED AND getting hands-on construction certifications and experience.

Never had a job in construction before? Not sure if you like this kind of work? That's okay! Our goal is to support you with the knowledge and team that you need to be successful. We will provide you with hands-on training and certificates related to all projects.

All we ask is that you bring your dedication to hard work, a positive attitude, and a commitment to a service term you'll never forget.
