Projects:
Ground-Up & Renovation | Public & Private | Up to $60M

I’m working with a well-established General Contractor that is continuing to grow its Denver office and is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to the team.

The company delivers a wide range of ground-up and renovation commercial projects across both the public and private sectors, with project values reaching up to $60M.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts and overall project performance
  • Manage client relationships and project communication
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and project stakeholders
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders
  • Monitor project progress, costs and quality
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, APMs and Project Engineers where required
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors and project partners
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
What They're Looking For
  • 8+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Experience with ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and contracts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working on projects up to $60M is highly desirable
  • Strong client and subcontractor management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred
