We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the safety, security, construction, and day-to-day execution of large-scale civil infrastructure and site development projects. This role serves as the primary on-site representative, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, schedules, and budgets. The Site Superintendent will coordinate contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of development.
The ideal candidate brings extensive field leadership experience managing heavy civil construction projects and possesses strong expertise in site logistics, safety management, grading, utilities, roadway construction, and infrastructure development. This individual will drive project success through proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and disciplined oversight of project execution, safety, and quality.
