Job Details

This position is ideal for a field leader who can independently run projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams. This person will also help mentor and direct younger superintendents and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections
• Manage a range of complex commercial projects, including retail, restaurant, banking and financial, and other technical tenant improvement work
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety requirements
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of commercial construction field experience
• Prior Superintendent experience
• Experience with retail, restaurant, banking, healthcare, or other commercial projects
• Procore experience required
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation
• Experience managing T&M work & ground up
• OSHA 30 preferred
