Projects: Ground-Up & Renovation | Public & Private | Up to $60M

I’m working with a well-established General Contractor that is expanding its Denver office and looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team.

The company specializes in ground-up and renovation commercial projects across both the public and private sectors, with projects ranging up to $60M.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets and overall project performance
  • Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and consultants
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project costs, progress and quality
  • Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Identify and resolve project issues as they arise
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
What They're Looking For
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Proven experience managing commercial projects from start to finish
  • Ground-up and/or renovation experience
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling and project financials
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong client and subcontractor management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred
