Projects: Ground-Up & Renovation | Public & Private | Up to $60M
I’m working with a well-established General Contractor that is expanding its Denver office and looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team.
The company specializes in ground-up and renovation commercial projects across both the public and private sectors, with projects ranging up to $60M.
The RoleAs Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets and overall project performance
- Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and consultants
- Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Monitor project costs, progress and quality
- Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Identify and resolve project issues as they arise
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience managing commercial projects from start to finish
- Ground-up and/or renovation experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling and project financials
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong client and subcontractor management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred
