Here’s how a Senior Project Manager for PCL Construction Services, Inc. within Denver contributes to our team:

• Develops, implements, and maintains the project safety program for a safe work environment. Creates and influences safety culture as a mentor and model.
• Conducts job site tours and safety inspections and leads by example to ensure that policies, procedures, environmental programs and safety standards are followed.
• Conducts site and safety inspections, attends progress meetings, leads by example, reviews incidents, near misses, HSE reports, and statistics, and effects change to ensure that project safety standards, legislation, and environmental programs are followed.
• Liaises with clients to ensure that projects are constructed as per quality and safety standards, and contract.
• Leads to secure new work by participating in estimates, working with trade contractors, and/or participating in proposals and presentations.
• Oversees the development and implementation of quality management plan and quality culture with stakeholder buy-in.
• Understands client drivers and offers value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and/or schedule benefit to the client while maintaining value-added outcomes as part of our solution provider service where warranted.
• Develops or oversees the Project Execution Plan (PEP) with the superintendent.
• Coordinates, monitors, and manages design deliverable schedule to facilitate and/or assist with permits, procurement, shop drawings, off-site production, construction and commissioning in conjunction with the review…
