The Estimator/Project Manager(Estimator/PM) isaccountableforsuccessfullydeliveringsmall-to-midsizedcommercialTIprojects,oftenwithcompressedschedules(asshortas~6weeks) andmultipleconcurrentprojects(1-3atatime).Thisroleblendshands-onestimatingandpreconstructionwithprojectmanagement(budget,schedule,contracts,documentation,andclientcommunication) acrossmultipleconcurrentprojects.

Thispositionalsosupports Ellipsis Construction ’sgrowthbymanagingandleadingtheproposalprocessfromRFPreleasethroughbidding,estimating coordination,andinterviewpresentations.

• Leadtheestimatingprocessincludingquantitytakeoffs,scope review,anddetailedcostdevelopmentforcommercialTIprojects.
• Maintainestimatingtemplates,historicalcostdata,andlessonslearnedtocontinuouslyimproveaccuracyandspeed.
• Levelbids,identify gaps/exclusions,andsupportscopeclarificationstoensurecomplete,apples-to-apples comparisons.
• ManageandleadtheproposalprocessfromRFPreleasethroughsitewalks,ITBbidding,estimate compilation,andclientinterviewpresentations.
• WritetechnicalproposalsinresponsetoRFPs/RFQs/RFIs,includingexecutivesummary,relevant experience,pricing approach,technical qualifications,compliance requirements,andcompany background.
• Prioritizewritingassignments,coordinateinputsfrominternalcontributors,andmanagedeadlines.
• Monitorsolicitationaddenda/changesandupdateproposalcontentasneeded.
• Partnerwithleadershiptodevelopwinthemes/strategiesandensureapolished,on-brand submission.

• Establish,update,andcommunicatethe
  
  Master Project Scheduleandmanageexecutionagainstmilestones .
• Manageprojectbudgetsandfinancialreporting;interpretreportstoensureadherenceandidentifyrisksearly.
• Provideleadershipinriskevaluation,contract negotiations,fee/pricing decisions,andchangemanagement.
• Keepmanagementinformedonprojectprogress,budget status,andkeyrisksthroughregularupdates/meetings.
• Supportanddriveutilizationof Ellipsis Construction initiatives ,standards,and technologies.

• Ownprojectdocumentationsystemsandensuretimely,accuratecompletionofRFIs,submittals,meeting minutes,punchlists,safety documentation,anddailylogs.
• Coordinatesupportfromvirtualassistants/team members(as applicable),whilemaintainingfinalaccountabilityforcompletenessandquality.
• Processallsubmittalswithsupportfromvirtualassistants.

• Fosterandenhancerelationshipswitharchitects,subcontractors,and vendors.
• Communicateproactivelyandrespectfullywith Adminandallteammembers;resolveissueswithasolutions-first approach.
• Maintainstrongcustomerserviceandexpectation-settingthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
