We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager in Denver for one of our clients.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Your daily tasks will include:

• Overseeing and managing the design, planning, and execution of mechanical construction projects.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Reading and understanding mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure projects are carried out accurately.
• Tracking project costs, change orders, billing, and financial performance to keep projects within budget.
• Coordinating with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Using construction/project management software for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Providing leadership and direction to project team members.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• A strong understanding of commercial or industrial mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• The ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Experience in budgeting, contract management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
