Your daily workout
As part of our creative design team, you will craft visually compelling solutions for various markets and channels. We’re looking for you – a creative mind with a structured work style and a strong sense of teamwork.
Design & Execution: develop a wide range of brand and marketing assets – from digital campaigns and print materials to social media content, presentations, and video.
Project Ownership: take responsibility for small to mid‑sized projects and collaborate closely with other designers.
Teamwork & Communication: work cross‑functionally with the design team, marketing team, and other departments – both nationally and internationally.
Presentation: present your designs and ideas to the design and marketing teams.
Structure & Efficiency: keep deadlines in sight and realistically estimate your workload.
Quality & Feedback: implement feedback effectively, share your expertise with colleagues, and proactively seek support when needed.
Creative Development: contribute ideas for new campaigns and projects and support ongoing brand development.
Knowledge Sharing: create templates for other departments and help document brand guidelines.
Your fitness level
Design expertise: confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Nice to have, but not required: experience in video production and animation.
Digital tools: experience with Figma and Notion.
Communication skills: communicate ideas clearly and persuasively – both within the team and to stakeholders.
Structure & Ownership: work independently and with a goal‑oriented mindset, staying organized and on track even when managing complex projects.
Language skills:
English – fluent (spoken and written), German and French (nice to have but not required).
Team player: enjoy working in a team, think in solutions, and help achieve shared goals. You aren’t afraid to join the team 2‑3 times a week at our Denver office for collaboration.
Growth mindset: actively seek opportunities for development and bring a learning‑oriented attitude.

- Compensation: annual base salary of $65,000 – $70,000.
