Job Summary:The APLM provides Coordination and assistance of all Product Line Management related functions within the Merchandising department. Focused, but not limited to, PLM style setup and data management, ERP style setup and data management.
The APLM influences a product line, writing a seasonal line plan that hits revenue and margin targets, researching market brand and product positioning, briefing Design and PD on product direction, guiding development to hit margin goals, and presenting the line to Sales to go-to-market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Product Line Management:
- Conduct market research and create documents summarizing competitive marketplace
- Participate in team trend research and direction setting
- Write a line plan and style briefs for assigned categories
- Participate in proto reviews and fit sessions
- Track protos costs and margins
- Assist Product Line Directors with line planning decisions
- Other tasks as assigned
- Communicate updates, changes and progress to the catalog and marketing team
- Assist in audit of Elastic digital catalog data
- Support Product Line Directors with data entry and integrity in PLM
- Style set up with all attribute data
- Supplier quote creation and management
- Integration of PLM data into ERP and other systems
- Blue Cherry ERP
- Audit to match data to PLM
- Seasonal style/color updates
- A Merchandising or Design Bachelor’s degree is preferred and appreciated
- 1-3 years relative work experience
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Intermediate ability with Mac OS
- Intermediate ability with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- Advanced ability with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Beginner – Intermediate ability with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- This position is located at our HQ in Lafayette, CO;
Four days weekly required in office with additional days as needed for required tasks

Salary Range Estimate: $50,000-$55,000 annually, based on candidate’s qualifications.
