You'll collaborate with sales teams and senior leaders to understand their objectives and translate them into events that deliver results.

You're comfortable managing the logistics of a 500-person conference as well as crafting the narrative arc of a C-level roundtable. Most importantly, you view each event as an opportunity to strengthen client relationships, showcase our expertise, and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Event Leadership: Conceptualize, plan, and execute sophisticated C-level events that showcase thought leadership, build brand prestige, and facilitate meaningful business conversations
  • Multi-Format Event Management: Manage a variety of event types including in-person conferences, industry-specific symposiums, and virtual/hybrid experiences, adapting strategy based on audience and objectives
  • End-to-End Event Ownership: Own all aspects of event execution including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, timeline management, logistics coordination, and post-event reporting
  • Content & Copywriting: Develop compelling event messaging, speaker briefs, promotional copy, agenda narratives, and attendee communications that align with brand voice and drive engagement
  • Stakeholder

  • Virtual Event Strategy: Design engaging virtual and hybrid event experiences that replicate the value and networking opportunities of in-person events
  • Post-Event Analysis: Measure event success through attendee feedback, engagement metrics, and business outcomes; incorporate learnings into future event strategy
