Associate Photographers are responsible for collecting media for  and , creating virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photographs of residential homes and apartments using Matterport Pro3 cameras and other digital equipment.

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints for residential properties.
• Produce high‑quality photographs that best showcase homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management.
• Maintain market coverage, identifying new inventory and missing listings.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards while operating company equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as required.

• Sitting in a car and standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment up to 5 pounds.
• Repeating hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and type on a tablet or laptop.
• Bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as needed.
• Driving outdoors in all seasons.
• Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real‑estate photography experience or a related degree.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• FAA Part 107 license for drone photography (obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong time‑management and detail orientation.
• Ability to collect and enter data accurately.
• Excellent oral, written, and organizational communication.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, and Apple iOS products.
• Independent work style in a fast‑paced environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record.

The Associate Photographer is an hourly position with bonus eligibility based on performance metrics. Pay is approximately $50,000 annually ($49k‑$50k) with monthly bonus opportunities.
