Our client is a full-service, in-house ad agency focused on delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, creative expertise, and an invested passion for their brands. From copywriters to graphic designers and everything in between, their award-winning team brings a unique blend of skills to tell the story of their enterprise lines of business. Their award-winning team is one of the largest internal creative teams in Denver.

They are looking for a talented and experienced full-time Mid-level Designer to join their growing creative team at the Denver/Englewood office. As a 5-day in-office position, this role offers the opportunity to fast-track your career growth in-house, crafting entertainment industry marketing assets as well as participating in brand evolution and enterprise event initiatives. We’re looking for a creative problem-solver, strong decision-maker, and developing design expert who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional results across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.

• Adept at navigating a diverse range of projects — from innovative conceptual thinking to cutting-edge digital production design.
• Manage simultaneous design projects across digital, social, and print under the guidance of an Art Director.
• Understand client’s vision, requirements, and expectations, and translate them into unique designs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life that elevate our brand and drive engagement.
• Apply knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new design tools to improve team efficiency and output quality.
• Use generative technology to create conceptual work and refine it into polished, professional-grade creative that meets evolving industry trends.

• 3-5 years relevant experience working in-house or at an agency
• Ability and willingness to work in-office 5 days a week at Englewood location
• Online portfolio of work displaying a diverse range of strategic design and advertising projects that exhibit proficiency in design thinking and articulation
• High proficiency in Figma, including familiarity with components and design libraries
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Some experience with prompting imagery in generative models (Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc) and using LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, gChat, Meet)
• Proven ability to work quickly on tight timelines with flawless execution
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and focused approach to executing design concepts
• Experience with animation / motion design and project management tools a plus
