- Produce engaging afternoon newscasts
- React quickly to breaking news and manage control-room timing
- Write, edit, and organize rundowns with strong editorial judgment
- Collaborate with anchors, reporters, photographers, editors, and story desk teams
- Balance hard news, weather, sports, politics, and feature content
- Create content for broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms
- 3-5+ years of full-time news producing experience
- Degree in journalism, communications, or related field
- Strong breaking news instincts and communication skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with newsroom technology and production workflows
- Commitment to viewer-focused, accurate, and impactful journalism
- Produce mobile short videos daily
