Responsibilities- Support marketing efforts on and by capturing high‑quality 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans.
- Create a portfolio of photographs to highlight homes and apartments using professional photography techniques.
- Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
- Conduct mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory tasks (sic).
- Expand commercial real‑estate data coverage by navigating one‑mile square grids, identifying new inventory, and photographing properties.
- Adhere to CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicles and equipment and represent CoStar professionally at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day, lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 5 pounds, operating camera equipment, occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying. Must be able to work and drive outside during all seasons, on weekends on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real estate.
- Experience as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer‑service experience with a client‑first mindset.
- Drone photography experience with an FAA Part 107 license, obtained within 30 days of offer.
- Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills.
- Strong oral and written communication, organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet applications; experience with Apple iOS products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
- Current and valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Hourly rate plus bonus eligibility. The base hourly rate corresponds to an annual salary of approximately $49,000–$50,000, depending on experience and performance. Bonuses are paid on a monthly cycle based on pre‑determined metrics.
