Job Description

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase homes and apartments.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
• When not on a residential assignment, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicles and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and type on a tablet or laptop.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as required.
• Work outside during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real‑estate photography experience required; recent degree in photography acceptable.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Drone photography experience with an FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

• Hourly wage of $49,000–$50,000 per year, plus performance‑based monthly bonuses.
