Associate Photographer – Fort Collins, CO
Job Description

Responsibilities- Support marketing efforts on and by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans.
- Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase homes and apartments.
- Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
- When not on a residential assignment, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed.
- Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicles and equipment.
- Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
- Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and type on a tablet or laptop.
- Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as required.
- Work outside during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule.
- At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
- Real‑estate photography experience required; recent degree in photography acceptable.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Drone photography experience with an FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer.
- Strong time‑management and detail‑oriented skills.
- Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Field experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Hourly wage of $49,000–$50,000 per year, plus performance‑based monthly bonuses.
