What You Will Do
As the Designer, Graphics (Women/Youth), you will participate in the execution of high-quality designs across the Logowear and Graphics product categories, with a primary focus on Women's and Youth. You will work alongside a team of designers, balancing workloads to ensure exceptional creative execution and on-time delivery across multiple product calendars.
Working closely with the Design Manager and Global Design Director, you will help create seasonal concepts and artwork while driving innovation that connects with our consumers and strengthens the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Support the ideation and creation of graphics across the Logowear and Graphics categories, ensuring alignment with brand vision, seasonal direction, and business objectives.
Work collaboratively within a team of designers, executing work effectively to meet product development and merchandising timelines while maintaining the highest creative standards.
Partner with the Design Manager and Global Director in the development of seasonal concepts, graphic storytelling, and category-specific art creation.
Balance priorities across multiple product calendars, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with excellence.
Conduct ongoing research into consumer trends, cultural movements, competitive landscapes, and industry innovations to aid in the creation of graphic concepts and designs.
Work collaboratively with Product Development to deliver accurate and excellent consumer‑ready products.
Participate in proof‑of‑concept development and present compelling visual concepts to internal management, merchandise partners, and external collaborators.
Support cross‑functional collaboration to execute category graphic strategies and product tiering established by the Design Director.
Foster professional growth and development through continued learning, skill workshopping, brand/trend research, and regular briefing from Design Manager and Global Design leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
