Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Denver, CO, as a Customer Service Representative! In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming experience every time they visit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process membership applications, payments, and cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Promote gym services, programs, and memberships to potential customers.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing class registrations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
