Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
Ball Arena Event Staff - Denver, Colorado
Compensation: $19.00/hour
Spirit of the PositionThe Event Staff is the front‑line personnel responsible for greeting, engaging, and interacting with all customers entering and exiting the facility. The position requires cash handling, correct change, monitoring transactions for traffic entering/exiting the facility, and ensuring that people enter and exit the arenas safely.

Part‑time & shifts are based on events scheduled. WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY.
Job Duties
- Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and excellent customer service.
- Collect the parking fees and provide the correct change.
- Understand and know how to handle different types of parkers, i.e., tenants, visitors, employees, administration, etc.
- Understand the surroundings and building area to answer questions.
- Complete the daily report.
- Assist in staffing the exit or entry booth during peak collection hours to facilitate exit/entry should problems occur.
- Communicate with management, supervisors, and traffic directors.
- Answer customer service questions concerning parking and answer general customers. Inquiries are made courteously, professionally, and effectively; questions are referred to the supervisor when applicable.
- Determine traffic flow in times of equipment failure or during periods of construction.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement.
- Field additional duties if they are assigned.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
- Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
- Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.).
- Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50 lbs.
