Role Summary
We are currently hiring Client Support Representative to support clients with travel research, booking coordination, and customer service in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others, working independently, and managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized travel plans
- Research and confirm reservation options using approved systems
- Provide accurate information and helpful recommendations based on client needs and budgets
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in required training and team meetings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and basic organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
- Fully remote role with flexible scheduling
