The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

This role is full-time, on-site, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM. Occasional overtime is possible.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
  • Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and issues.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
  • Manage data entry and updates to customer databases.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management software. Excel is a MUST.
  • Customer service experience required, 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Understanding of building and/or construction materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of general cabinet manufacturing and order process ideal.
  • Some experience with cabinetry preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual candidates ideal.
Compensation and Benefits

· $24.00 – $32.00 hourly, based on experience

· Participation in the Premier Eurocase benefits program (subject to change on an annual basis)
