This position is intended to be 100% remote but may still be required to report to a given state office due to business need or at the discretion of the supervisor.

The purpose of this work unit is to implement and support the Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program, ensuring all Colorado workers have access to paid leave in order to take care of themselves or their family during life circumstances that pull them away from their jobs. The One Contact Center (OCC) work unit is the frontline staff whose job it is to assist, educate and inform Colorado business owners, employers, sole proprietors and individuals of their FAMLI program rights and responsibilities, and assist with questions about the program or related procedures.
