This position is intended to be 100% remote but may still be required to report to a given state office due to business need or at the discretion of the supervisor.

The salary range for this position is:

HOURLY $24.45 - $36.83

BIWEEKLY $1,956.00 - $2,946.40

MONTHLY $4,238.00 - $6,383.87

The One Contact Center (OCC) work unit is the frontline staff whose job it is to assist, educate and inform Colorado business owners, employers, sole proprietors and individuals of their FAMLI program rights and responsibilities, and assist with questions about the program or related procedures. OCC staff may interact with citizens via telephone, email and chat platforms. Our representatives support the public with inquiries such as account creation and registration, navigation and troubleshooting, program rules, and the employer self-service system.

Additionally, OCC staff educate callers about the program, provide tips for using the self service system and guide toward online resources, empowering program enrollees toward self sufficiency.

Once trained, provides complete customer service to support participants of the Colorado FAMLI program. Representatives will assist with inquiries from around the state, as the front line for support regarding the FAMLI program.
