About the Role

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives in Denver. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and delivering positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys conversation, problem-solving, and helping customers feel confident in their decisions. You will play an important role in representing client brands, supporting customers directly, and helping create positive, memorable interactions.

No previous customer service experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through face-to-face interactions in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products, services, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers by identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a positive brand experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and complete data entry across internal platforms
  • Support daily team objectives and contribute to a collaborative working environment
  • Represent clients and brands with professionalism at all times
