Customer Service Representative

A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to support outbound communication efforts and help initiate conversations with prospective customers. This role plays a key part in connecting interested consumers with appropriate sales representatives through timely, professional text-based interactions.

This is a fully on-site position located in the Denver area. Shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM and are 8.5 hours long, including openers, mid-shifts, and closers. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, and occasional weekend coverage may be required. Overtime is available with approval to ensure operational coverage. Free parking is provided.
