**** THE JOB:
** We are seeking a passionate Rewards Supervisor to lead our front-line operations at the Rewards Desk, focusing on providing exceptional service to our members. In this role, you will manage our programs, educating guests about gambling while promoting responsible gaming practices and dispelling common myths. This is an exciting opportunity to foster a positive environment where guest experiences are enhanced while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $18.50
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes, and adhering to guest requests.
* Maintain an effective and efficient Rewards Desk by coaching, motivating, training, and supervising all Rewards Representatives.
* Assist members with rewards and benefits based on specific guidelines for levels of play and/or spend.
* Promote and engage Rewards Representatives in the promotion of MGM Rewards, the MGM Rewards Mastercard, Partnerships, and all other components related to MGM Rewards.
* Evaluate and resolve member issues related to points, comps, FREEPLAY, Tier Credits, and any other concerns regarding MGM Rewards.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
* 2+ years of prior relevant experience in casino operations or guest service.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekends.
* Must be customer service oriented.
