About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team s entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced tech environment while providing essential support to our platform users. You'll be the bridge between our sales team and customers, ensuring seamless experiences for both workers and businesses on the Gig Smart platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain regular correspondence with workers and businesses using the Gig Smart platform
  • Provide account management support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Complete gig corrections accurately and efficiently
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and support tickets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and identify opportunities
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales support and/or customer support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

Preferred:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with gig-economy or marketplace platforms
  • Experience with payroll-as-a-service or workforce management solutions
