Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a non-profit organization in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting study operations by handling both hands-on tasks and data review responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about customer service and keen on contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble, package, and prepare study sample and memorial kits for shipment with precision.

- Manage inventory of study supplies by maintaining an organized workspace and accurate records.

- Review veterinary medical records to ensure completeness and extract relevant data for documentation purposes.

- Perform hands-on tasks while meeting deadlines and adhering to study protocols.

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards throughout all processes.

- Collaborate with team members to support smooth and efficient study operations.

- Balance multiple responsibilities independently, including data review and manual tasks. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

- Strong skills in order entry and maintaining accurate records.

- Ability to review and interpret detailed documentation with excellent attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
