• Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally
• Handle high volume written communication with accuracy
• Document conversations clearly and efficiently in internal systems
• Maintain fast turnaround times while keeping quality high
• Support internal teams by ensuring information is captured correctly
• Contribute to performance goals tied to commission and bonus potential

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy is required
• Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
• Comfort working onsite in a team driven environment

• Customer service experience preferred

• Compensation: $18–$20 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunity
• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
• Employment Type: Full time
