🌟 Open Opportunities Leasing ConsultantBe the welcoming face of the community! As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll guide prospective residents through their apartment search, support lease signings and renewals, and help create an exceptional living experience.
Starting at $20.00/hour (based on experience)
- Monthly leasing commissions
- Quarterly renewal bonuses
Keep our communities running smoothly! In this role, you’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response while ensuring our buildings remain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
$22.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
- Quarterly renewal bonuses
- Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays & on-call coverage
- Medical, Dental & Vision starting the 1st of the month

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, sales, hospitality, or maintenance experience (role dependent)

Leasing applicants will complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment as part of the application process. Completion is required to move forward.
