About the Role:

Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist members and guests with a positive attitude.

* Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.

* Process memberships and payments accurately using our software system.

* Promote gym programs and services to enhance member engagement.

* Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times.

* Assist with member check-ins and manage guest passes.

* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.

* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

* Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

* Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

* Team player with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
