Elemental Commercial Services is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Residential Service & Growth Manager to help expand and scale our growing residential electrical services business.

This is not a traditional service manager role.

We are looking for a builder—someone who enjoys creating relationships, generating revenue, solving customer problems, and helping grow a service business. The successful candidate will leverage Elemental’s existing customer base, marketing investments, technology platforms, and operational infrastructure while bringing their own network and customer relationships to accelerate growth.

Position Summary

The Residential Service & Growth Manager will be responsible for growing residential service revenue, developing customer relationships, supporting service operations, driving recurring revenue initiatives, and helping establish the systems and processes necessary to scale the division.

This position is ideal for a licensed Residential Wireman who enjoys working directly with customers, building referral networks, developing business opportunities, and helping grow a company.

Schedule Requirements

Residential service demand is highest during evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate must be available to work:

Required Days
  • Friday
  • Saturday
  • Sunday

A flexible workweek will be structured around these required operating days.

Examples may include:

  • Friday through Tuesday
  • Thursday through Monday

Schedule will be designed to maximize customer responsiveness while maintaining work‑life flexibility.

Primary Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Grow residential service revenue
  • Develop and expand referral relationships
  • Generate repeat business opportunities
  • Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, and community contacts
  • Leverage personal customer relationships to drive new business
  • Support local networking and business development efforts
Customer Experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residential customers
  • Conduct customer consultations
  • Evaluate customer needs and service opportunities
  • Build long‑term customer relationships
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
Service Operations
  • Coordinate residential service activities
  • Support scheduling and dispatch operations
  • Improve booking conversion rates
  • Increase average service ticket values
  • Monitor service performance metrics
  • Improve operational efficiency
Membership & Recurring Revenue Programs
  • Promote customer membership enrollment
  • Increase customer retention
  • Support recurring revenue initiatives
  • Strengthen customer lifetime value
Team Development
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding future service personnel
  • Support training initiatives
  • Promote accountability and customer service excellence

Qualifications
Required
  • Colorado Residential Wireman License
  • Minimum 3 years residential electrical service experience
