This role is ideal for a relationship-focused leader who enjoys balancing strategic account management, customer advocacy, team development, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will oversee key customer relationships while supporting the day-to-day success of the customer service team. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to customers, drive service excellence, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from order fulfillment through product deliver

Qualifications
  • ons:5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related client-facing
  • role Experience managing strategic customer relationships in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly prefe

  • ence Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution sk
