TEMPORARY Customer Service Aide - Registration Unit

Job Overview

Temporary position (9 months or less) with the Colorado Department of Natural Resources within Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Pay range is $15.75–$18.50 per hour.

• Process boat, snowmobile, and off‑highway vehicle registration applications from customers and/or internal and external agents using data entry software.
• Sell park passes, permits, fishing licenses and other passes or licenses.
• Collect revenue and operate a POS system.
• Provide registration and park information to customers over the counter or by phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).

• Prior customer‑service experience (at least one year preferred).
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience handling money and working with the public preferred.
• Familiarity with Word or Excel helpful.
• Must pass background screening.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
