What You’ll Do- Be the first and most memorable point of contact for employees, guests, partners, and customers entering Pax8 HQ
- Curate thoughtful, intentional welcome experiences that reflect the Pax8 Marketplace and brand
- Anticipate daily activity across the building — meetings, interviews, tours, trainings, and events — and plan seamless run‑of‑show experiences
- Lead engaging HQ tours tailored to the purpose of each visit
- Act as a concierge and trusted resource for navigating the space, tools, and services
- Partner closely with Community, Facilities, and Tech Services teams to deliver a frictionless visitor journey
- Manage access badges, visitor sign‑ins, Wi‑Fi access, amenities, and security protocols
- Coordinate food, beverage, and hospitality services for reception and meeting spaces
- Support workplace services ticket triage and space calendar accuracy
- Contribute to high‑impact internal and external events that celebrate Pax8 culture
You’ll directly influence how Pax8 is experienced — by new hires on day one, by partners and customers visiting HQ, and by employees every day. Your work ensures our space performs as a living expression of our brand, values, and marketplace.
What You Bring- Substantial experience in office management, reception, or hospitality‑driven environments
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer and guest experiences
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and workplace technologies
- Demonstrated confidence with A/V systems, access controls, and service ticketing platforms
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder awareness
- Highly organized, detail‑focused, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments
- A naturally positive, welcoming presence with strong written and verbal skills

SalaryStarting at $57,000 – $65,000 depending on experience.
