Description

The Spirit of the Position:

The Overnight Front Desk/Dispatch is an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who greets each day and every person with a smile.

Schedule: Overnight

Responsibilities
  • Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately
  • Operating an intercom
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Other related duties as assigned
Experience
  • 1-2 years in a customer service (or similar) position preferred
Skills
  • High commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to consistently maintain a pleasant, cordial composure regardless of stressful situations
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
  • Well-organized approach to job responsibilities
  • Ability to set priorities for workload
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong internet skills using external websites
  • Ability to work well with team members as well as independently
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds
