Qualifications include outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills, confidence when recommending memberships, packages, and product, the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment, initiate tasks and perform duties without direction, excellent communication skills, superior organizational skills, and the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities include providing high-level customer service and hospitality to clients, educating clients on current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments, assisting with re-stocking products, helping with daily shop tasks and projects, maintaining a positive attitude and taking initiative, working as a cohesive team with all Heyday staff members, assisting with the training and coaching of new hires for the Host team, and maintaining the distinct Heyday aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour.
