In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking information, support, and guidance related to healthcare services. You will play an important role in creating positive experiences, answering questions, building trust, and helping connect individuals with the right resources.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service, healthcare, medical office, patient care, call center, or patient coordination experience who are passionate about helping others while building a long‑term career.
What You’ll Be Doing- Answering inbound calls from patients, family members, and prospective clients
- Providing professional, compassionate, and accurate information
- Guiding callers through the next steps in their healthcare journey
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Following communication and service protocols
- Assisting with limited outbound follow‑up calls when needed
- Working closely with team members to ensure a positive patient experience
- Building trust and rapport through empathetic communication

- On‑site position in the new, modern Barranquilla office
- Candidates must be able to reliably travel to and from the office
- Schedule availability between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST
- Split shifts may be required based on operations
