To attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering.

• Answer the phone
• Buzz in guests and make sure they sign the guest sign‑in book. Must maintain the guest log book.
• Open the door for people going in or out. Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc).
• Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable
• Dispose of trash from common areas
• Assist residents when needed
• Report to Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Basic writing and reading skills required
• Must work well with the public and with others as a team
• Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical

Rate: $19.00 - $20.00
