Job OverviewServe as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information while collaborating with Sales, Production, Credit, and Delivery teams.
Responsibilities- Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information to customers.
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
- Maintain a positive rapport with customers, delivering world‑class service.
- Utilize data analysis and problem‑solving skills to resolve customer inquiries.
- Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements using computer systems.
- Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities as required.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
