The Call Center Representative (CSR) is responsible for communicating with the customer to determine service needs.

• Making sure that the phone is answered appropriately
• Monitor incoming e‑mail and other electronic lead sources for new leads and contact as quickly as possible.
• Outbounding calls to members
• Meet KPI’s
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2 years of call center – Preferred
• 2 years of customer service – Preferred
• 2 years of dispatching – Preferred
